Para aquellas personas que no se separan de su mascota o que siempre tuvieron ganas de llevarlas a algún viaje y nunca se animaron, les dejo algunos tips que pueden ayudarlos a la hora de organizar su visita a Buenos Aires.
Cada vez más personas se animan a viajar con sus mascotas en la cabina del avión. En lo que va del 2016 Aerolíneas Argentinas incrementó un 50% la cantidad de perros y gatos arriba de sus vuelos de cabotaje. En algunas aerolíneas internacionales también se permite esta modalidad. Si bien estamos hablando de la excepción y no de la regla, es una tendencia a tener en cuenta.
Hoteles 5*
Existen varias opciones pet friendly. El Palacio Duhau (hasta 5 kilos) y el Four Seasson (hasta 7k) o el Hilton, han incluído dentro de sus servicios, un programa especial que incluye desde la comida hasta el servicio de paseo, además de contar con listado de veterinarias y de restaurantes en la zona donde puedan llevar a sus mascotas.
Hoteles Boutique
También se suman a esta modalidad en el barrio Palermo. El hotel Vitrum es uno de los pioneros y a la vez de los más permisivos (mascotas hasta 30 kilos) donde el concepto es simple: Que la mascota sea tratada como un huésped.
Gastronomía
Nucha, Starbucks y Muu Lechería cuentan con algunas mesas donde se puede atar la correa. El Café Evita (foto de arriba) es otra opción a tener en cuenta. La gente del lugar es muy amable y te ofrecen agua y hasta comida balanceada sin tener que pagar nada.
Plazas
La mayoría tiene en su entrada el sistema de bolsitas (gratuitas) para recoger los desperdicios y de esa manera ayudar a mantener limpia la ciudad. Pero también encontramos plazas exclusivas para perros, cercadas y con juegos, para mimarlos más, como en barrancas de Belgrano.

It is more frequent every year that more and more passengers take their pets with them in the cabin of the airplane. Along this year Aerolíneas Argentinas increased by 50% the amount of dogs and cats in the sky on domestic flights. Some airlines in their international flights allow this possibility. This is an exception to the rule nowadays but the tendency is increasing.
Five-star hotels There are many pet friendly options to choose. Hilton is one of them. Palacio Duhau, for instance, allows pets up to five kilos, while Four Seasons seven. Moreover they offer a special program including food, taking your pet for a walk, a list of pet shops and pet friendly restaurants to enjoy the experience on top.
Boutique hotels Palermo also joined this trend. Vitrum hotel is one of the pioneers and let you bring pets up to thirty kilos. Its motto is crystal clear: your pet is a host.
Gastronomy Nucha, Starbucks and Muu Lechería are geared up with some tables to tie the rope of your pet. Café Evita (pictured above) is another option to take into account. Staff is really kind and even offer water and balanced food with no extra charge.
Parks Most of them in their entrance provide boxes to pick feces from the floor and keep the city clean. Moreover there are exclusive parks for dogs, fenced with a play area, for instance in Barrancas de Belgrano, to make them feel like home.
