English version at end of post Les comparto cinco spas de Buenos Aires, para hacernos un mimo cada tanto o agasajar a alguien en una fecha especial.
Preferí no aclarar precios ni packs porque esto varía constantemente pero sepan que pueden encontrar opciones por USD 40 hasta USD 100 (dependiendo el lugar y el servicio), siendo la media del "Día de spa" USD75 y seguramente haya promos online o por fechas festivas.
Hotel Panamericano (Nivel 23 Club y spa)
Este spa cuenta con una de las mejores vistas de Buenos Aires y una de las postales más deseadas por todos (se puede apreciar el Obelisco, el Teatro Colón, Av. 9 de Julio, etc). Sólo pueden acceder huéspedes y personas ajenas al hotel (mayores de 13 años) consumidores del "Spa Day" que incluye el acceso a la piscina, Sauna y Equipos de Gimnasia. Los tratamientos y masajes se pagan aparte.

Hotel Four Seasons
Para optimizar la experiencia siempre recomiendo aprovecharlo en temporada estival porque es de los pocos hoteles que ofrecen una piscina en exteriores. De todas formas es climatizada y está disponible todo el año.
El spa está en PB y está ambientando en tonos celestes, aromas frescos y música relajante, teletransportándonos hacia algún lugar remoto costero.
Los servicios estrella son:
EL Masaje Tango Porteño: coreografiado mientras se oye música de fondo de tango y los productos enriquecidos con vino tinto surten efecto en su piel.
El Tratamiento Secreto 360: Los productos Sothys Paris son el secreto para este masaje y tratamiento corporal antienvejecimiento.

Spa Belgrano
Esta alternativa es más residencial (ideal para el porteño). Me encanta recomendar Spa Belgrano, no sólo por el profesionalismo del staff, sino porque además, combinan sus packs con brunchs en Santal (el café de PB) que está super bueno, dicho sea de paso.
Siempre hay promos online y descuentos para parejas. Además contemplan masajes especiales para embarazadas y para hombres.
Nota de color: este fue el lugar que elegí para maquillarme en mi casamiento y no pude haber quedado más satisfecha. Las Pruebas las hice ahí pero las profesionales trabajan a domicilio también.

Té de Lúpulo
El primer Spa de Cerveza de Buenos Aires y de Argentina, combina una de las bebidas más populares y consumidas en el mundo + todos los beneficios de la malta, el lúpulo y la cebada (su materia prima) a través de masajes, baños y degustaciones.
Se reserva directamente desde su web y las experiencias a elegir son 6, las cuales pueden disfrutarse en pareja, entre amigos o de manera personalizada. Está todo detallado en la web y ante la duda, ellos te explican y sugieren la mejor opción.
Yo tuve la oportunidad de conocer "100 baños de Soledad" (para parejas) y la pasamos genial.

Sofitel Cardales
El Spa Sofitel queda un poco más alejado que los demás y es por esta razón que nos obliga a desenchufarnos en medio de la naturaleza de la reserva Cardales en Campana (1 hs de BA).
Su spa es considerado uno de los mejores de Latinoamérica y propone algunas horas de relax atravesando 7 tipos de duchas y circuitos de agua con diferentes presiones y temperaturas.
Además agregan al pack una sesión de masajes que corona la experiencia.
Nota: al ser huésped del hotel, el acceso al sauna, fitness center y piscina climatizada está incluido en la estadía, pero el circuito de aguas y masajes se paga aparte. (ver mi experiencia)

The good thing here is to take advantage of it in the summer season because it is one of the few hotels that offers an outdoor pool. In any case, it is heated and is available all year round. The spa is in Ground Level and is setting in light blue tones, fresh scents and soothing music, teleporting us to some remote coastal location.
The star services are: "El Tango Porteño Massage": choreographed while listening to tango background music and products enriched with red wine take effect on your skin. "The Secret Treatment 360": Sothys Paris products are the secret to this anti-aging body treatment and massage.

Belgrano Spa This alternative is more residential (ideal for locals). I love recommending Spa Belgrano, not only because of the staff professionalism, but also because they combine their packs with brunches at Santal (GL´s coffee Store) which is super good, by the way.
Try to purchase online for better discounts. They also include special massages for pregnant women and for men.
Color note: this was the place I chose to put on makeup for my wedding and I couldn't have been more satisfied. I did the tests there but the girls work at home too.

Te de Lupulo
The first Beer Spa in Buenos Aires and Argentina, combines one of the most popular and consumed beverages in the world + all the benefits of malt, hops and barley (its raw material) through massages, baths and tastings . It is booked directly from its website and there are 6 experiences to choose from, which can be enjoyed as a couple, with friends or in a personalized way. It is all detailed and when in doubt, they explain and suggest the best option. I had the opportunity to experience "100 lonely baths" (for couples) and we had a great time.

Sofitel Cardales The Sofitel Spa is a little further away than the others and it is for this reason that it forces us to unplug ourselves in the middle of the nature of the Cardales Reserve in Campana (1 hour by car from BA). Its spa is considered one of the best in Latin America and offers a few hours of relaxation going through 7 types of showers and water circuits with different pressures and temperatures. They also add a massage session to the pack a that crowns the experience. Note: as a hotel guest, sauna, fitness center and heated pool is included in the stay, but the water and massage circuit is paid separately.
